Which monorail resort has the best pool?

As much as I love the Poly and it pool, it's small and always very crowded.

Don't think I ever been disappointed with a resort pool. There all themed for that resort. I loved the pool at POR plus they have a lot of quite pools. Caribbean has a cool pool with a fort plus a lot of quite pools too. AKL has a zero entry pool thats huge. The Boardwalk has the awesome clown pool. PORFQ has the serpent pool. I just realized you asked for monorail line pools. Oh Well!

My Grandchildren all love the Poly pool best.

If you asked a child I think they would all say the Boardwalk pool.

Adult would probably say the GF quite pool.

even tho i have only stayed at the poly i have also seen pictures of the CR and GF pools.both look nice but however i really like the polynesian's pool it has a nice viw of the castle and a beach right in front to play on also the slide is pretty fun. when i went in august 2 years ago it wasnt that crowded when i went swimming but i guess it depends on the day, after the polynesians pool i would have to say GF is the next best then CR.

the Poly's pool gets loud and crowded. It always feels cold to me too, even in the summer!

IMO, this is a plus for the Poly - not the loud and crowded part, but the cold part! The one complaint I had for our first August trip last year was that the pools were waaaaay too warm - not the least bit refreshing. I hope the Poly pool is cooler - anyone else have any comments on this?

BTW, I understand that if you're going at a cooler time of year, this is a negative!

We have stayed at Poly a couple times and the pool area there is not big enough for all their guests or the extra pool hoppers. That is one reason we didn't stay there this June, booked BC instead. I love the theme of Poly of Poly though. GF has two very nice pools, one has a slide and is zero entry. They are both really big too and much quieter. We had dinner at chef Mickey's the first day of the trip and we had a window seat overlooking CR's pool. My kids were in awe of that pool. It looked really fun and not crowded at all. Nice slide and splash area as well as hot tubs and a huge pool. My kids have requested to stay there. I'm just not sure if I like the contemporary style decor or not.

I've only used the pool at the Poly but have seen the pools at GF and CR. CR looks pretty plain to me but the BLT looks more interesting. GF looks very nice but like other posters, I'm not into staying at the GF (too fancy for my crazy family :rotfl:).

I am a Poly fan and think the pool is really cool looking. It can get a little crowded but so can all of the resort pools so I don't know why Poly gets a bad rap for it. I have never found it so crowded though that I couldn't swim and enjoy myself. And the quiet pool is just a short walk away so we'll go there to enjoy a deep end. I am dreaming right now of sitting at an umbrella table, with an umbrella drink , and watching my husband and kids chase each other through the waterfall :lovestruc

The slide is nice (it's a pool slide, not a waterpark) and while there is no hot tub, there is a warm jet area. I like this better since hot tubs completely gross me out at resorts that have a LOT of people using the hot tubs
