Which Moderate

Love the Poly and REALLY loved AKL. Wishing for WL, but a moderate, might put me 'in the running' for a trip this year.

So...which one?

What's your favorite Moderate and why?

I would definitely go for Coronado Springs.I have stayed at all 3 and found the service to be much better here.I think the food quality is also better and more variety.The transportation is definitely much better.This is probably due to the fact they host alot of conventions here.

I love the CBR. It's a bright, beautiful resort with plenty of activities. You can swim in the main pool or in the quieter less busy pools in each of the islands, you can rent boats, bikes, go to the arcade and relax on the hammocks on the beaches. It's a pretty resort to stroll around. The rooms are decent sized and bright and they have always been clean when we stayed there. Very lovely grounds, peaceful and serene, friendly and helpful CM's, the boat to DD is better than the bus, the sit down restaurant Boatwrights has excellent food, ect, ect, ect.
Can you tell that we really like this resort? We stay here all the time, see no reason to stay anywhere else.

Love POR...I really think it is the best value. Great theming, great resturant, great pool. The boat, depending on when you are going, to DTD is great. Stayed at all the moderates and this is by far my favorite.

I love CS and would stay here if this was not available then my next choice would be CBR.

My family loves CSR! That's my vote

My favorite is CSR. The pool slide is BETTER than AKL's. We had so much fun here adn teh grounds are so beautiful. Trust me, you will not feel like you arent' at a deluxe. We ate the Poly and came home to CSR. CSR was just as great after just being at the poly.

My family likes CSR the best of the moderates. We have stayed at PO and CBR. I don't like CBR at all. I think its too spread out. PO was okay but CSR is the best IMHO.

We have stayed at all of the moderates and the Coronado Springs is my favorite hands down! We had a terrible experience at the POR with the cleanliness of the rooms, but have had great experiences at all of the others. In my opinion CSR is very close to being a deluxe resort. It is so beautiful at nightime, the room decor is great, and the food court is top notch. Transportation was very good here also.

I need some clarification. Looks like a moderate might be my only chance to go

Is POR closed for renovations? If so...that narrows my choice down

I'm leaning toward CSR...any more votes?

I believe the French Quarter side of POR is closed for renovations at this time but the Riverside portion is still open.

I have a soft spot for PO-FQ because it was where we stayed on our first trip (honeymoon) and we had a fabulous time but I believe that CSR is a better resort. CSR is the 'deluxe' of the moderates. Great theming and just a wonderful all around resort. Also, the transporation at CSR is the best we have encountered. I don't think you can go wrong with CSR.
