Four of us are going to WDW from Miami in 10 days(F&W Fest & MNNSHP)!!

We're excited!!!

We are staying @ Ft. Wilderness Campsites in our parents' RV. Question: which loop or loops can we occupy??

TIA,

Scott & Hope

Edit: Disregard message!!! Research indicates that a campsite can be used as a tent or RV....Sorry...I don't know how to delete it!!

Loops for camping and RV parking are :

100-900
1000-1900

out of thoes you have deluxe RV set up and standard.
Hope you have fun when you go..

Fort Wilderness Cabins in 12 days!!!!:cool1:

Any loop, except 1500 and 200 are for RV's.

Rvs do not get assigned to Partial hookup sites which are loops 1500 and 2000 which are for tents, popups, and van campers.

Rvs are welcome in the Full (loops 1600 to 1900), Preferred (loops 100 to 300), or Premium (loops 400 to 1400) sites. You had to reserve a specific type of site so that will determine where you are assigned.

What type of site did you reserve?

Thank you very much for your thoughtful responses!! Sir Bama Ed, my fiance's (sp?) parents have to a full hook up.

I'm disabled, so I requested an RV site near the bathroom and transportation.

Thanks again!!!

Scott,

Look at the main camping DIS Board page and there is a "Fort FAQ" thread near the top (it's sticky).

In the first post of that thread is a Fort map. You can see loops 1600-1900 and the Comfort Stations (CS) on the map. One CS is between 1500 and 1600; one between 1600 and 1800; and one between 1700 and 1900.

As you indicated, you can request on your ressie to be near a CS and/or bus stops. Some sites might be set up for disabled folks so that should be noted on your ressie too.

Those Full loops are prized for their peacefullness. Enjoy your trip.

I have seen Class B and Class C RVs in the 1500 and 2000 loops.

Yes John as have I but those are the exceptions rather than the rule. I was trying to help the OP get a general understanding of how things are.

That being said, we all know that Disney's enforcement of said rules are spotty at best too.
