Which is bigger - Pacifica or Trailblazer

Ok Disney guru's -

We are renting a vehicle for 3 adults & 2 kids on our trip to Disney next month. Which would be bigger - the Chrystler Pacifica or the Chevy Trailblazer.

DH had a trailblaser and it was pretty big. Does your rental have a third row? If so, I can tell you that the third row is a full third row, as opposed to a "jump seat" as found in the highlander or similar.

A Pacifica is more of a "crossover" vehicle - almost like a large AWD station wagon. A Trailblazer is an actual SUV. I've driven both a crossover (Ford Freestyle, now called the Taurus X) and an Explorer, and believe it or not, I found the crossover to have more room. If carseats are an issue, you may have an easier time in the Pacifica since those vehicles tend to be laid out a little more "family friendly".

I also recommend vehix.com to compare the cargo room - you may be surprised.

We have a Pacifica - my best friend has a Trailblazer (not the extended version). With the 3rd row of seats folded down in my Pacifica - there is more cargo space than the Trailblazer. That said, however, the Pacifica offers seating for 6 - 3 rows of 2. If you have 5 people, you will have to have at least one of the 3rd row seats set up. This reduces your cargo space significantly - I don't know if you would have enough space for the luggage of 5 people. In the trailblazer, you could fit all five people in the front 2 rows - then you could use the entire back cargo area for luggage.

We rented a pacifica in sept a mco and we have kids 15, 13 and 10 and dh an i we had alot of room and loved the car!!! it had a third seat and dh even talked about getting one of these when we go to get a new car. and we drive an expedition. so i would say you would have plenty of room.
