Getting to Blizzard Beach is the same from either/any resort. You have to transfer.

I would go with what food you like better. Everything at WDW is kid friendly.

Both are great breakfast buffets and both will have plenty of kid friendly options so I would go with whichever characters are of most interest.

I would cab/uber to Blizzard Beach from either to avoid the bus transfer. Cape May at BC is much closer than 1900PF at GF, like 5 minute drive as opposed to 15 minute, approximately.

We’ve been to Cape May breakfast and it was great. I know it’s Florida but the fruit at the buffet was Outstanding! It was like they just picked it or something? Also, look to see what characters you want to see. I’m sure the food at 1900 will be good too. Cape May is probably a closer ride to the water park. Good Luck !

I'd pick Cape May. I love the food there. And the characters are just too cute. Didn't they just add another character? Use to be 3, now its 4. I think Minnie was added? Or Daisy? I'll have to look it up. 1900 PF is just meh. Food was nothing special. The decor is very outdated and needs a refurb. I didn't care for the characters other than the mad hatter.
EDIT TO ADD: Daisy was the new addition! So now its Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Daisy!

Pick the meal that has teh characters your family wants to meet. I will say that the atmosphere at Cape May is more relaxed than at PF> If that makes a difference, consider Cape May. 1900 PF is one busy restaurant.

Totally love Cape May! We always get one of the first ressies of the day and it's not very busy and great character interaction and love the food.
