We made our ressies with SW last night. We will plan to print out the boarding passes from home for our flight to Orlando. Which hotels have a place to print out boarding passes when we are leaving Orlando?

We might bring our laptop with us, and I've read that a person can check-in online and they will print the boarding pass at the airport. I'd prefer to have it all printed at the hotel, though.

Our current plan is to stay at WLour last two days, but we haven't decided for sure.

Thanks, T&B

I know that any of the resorts with business centers have them, such as CSR and YC/BC. We used the business center at the YC/BC to checkin online and print boarding passes for our return flight this past January. The business center is staffed and they were helpful. Also, the fees were per minute, plus a fairly high cost for printing per page. I went to pay when I was finished but was told that since I used the computer for such a short time and only for online checkin, that the fees were waived. I thought that was such a nice gesture, but next time I will be prepared to pay.

Thanks for the info! Does anyone know if WL has a business center? That is nice that your fee was waived.

I don't know about Southwest, but Song has a kiosk right at MCO that took about 30 seconds to use! I was angry at myself for worrying about printing the boarding passes the whole trip, only to find it was so easy.

I'd think Southwest would have a kiosk, also.

Per DW website WL doesn't have a business center. Wonder if USAirways has a fancy kiosk.

I can check-in with the Skycaps so that isn't the issue. The issue is getting the "A" boarding passes from Southwest so we can sit together on a flight that will probably already have passengers on it who are stopping over in Orlando. Also, we'll get to the airport early enough, but are not going to want to leave the parks too early since it is a touring day at WDW. It is just two of us (both adults) so I'm not overly concerned, but wouldn't mind sitting next to my DH after our weekend away...

Thanks, Panda. I didn't even think to check the website. :teeth:

Yes USAirways has kiosks at the airport for check in. You can also check in curbside. There are kioks near the ticket counter and then on your way to the gates after you pass Northwest's ticket counter.

The Dolphin has a business center that is accessible 24 hours a day. It is only staffed regular hours, but you can go and use the computers and print boarding passes at midnight if you want.

It's just a little eerie being the only person down at that end of the hotel in the middle of the night. :scared:

And its a little expensive, it cost me $8.00 to get my passes.

Do you have to be a guest at the Dolphin to use the business center after hours?

Thanks!

The Contempary has a Large business center, which might be an alternative if your staying at the WL! ;) Stop on your way through to the boat 1 day.

It's good to know that CR has a business center. Would be close to stop by there the morning that we leave (we leave in late afternoon). Thanks!
