Which hotel

is there a hotel like right across the street from universal ? we are going next weekend and just planning on going to universal and sea world ?

but this is a lot of overwhelming about of information and i dont want to just go down there and say ok.. here we are lol

We stayed one night at the Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal, it is right across the street from the entrance. I got it on Hotwire for $65. I thought it was a very nice hotel. You do have to pay for parking, but I think they had a shuttle to Universal and SeaWorld. My DH took the grandkids to the pool and they said it was nice. There are also some on site resturants but a lot of stuff on the same street, if you have a car.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites for a night. It is right across Kirkman Road from the entrance by HRH and PBH. The Comfort Inn, along with several others, is actually located on Major Blvd. We paid less than $40 for a night back in 12/03.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn at Kirkman rd. We got he suite because we had 5 people. There were connecting rooms, one of which had a kitchenette witha full fridge, microwave, toaster,etc.The suite was about $90. They also had kids eat free at the Fridays located in the hotel.Shuttles ran to Universal but often we didn't want to wait so we would grab a cab for about$5

Use google and search for the main web site for each hotel chain. Compare rates on your own, and you'll eventually find something. It just takes a few hours of doing homework.
