Which Harry Potter restaurant?

Does anyone know if Three Broomsticks accepts walk-ups for breakfast without a reservation? I tried making a reservation through my package but the lady on the phone said they're all booked. She also said that if there are no reservations available, then there is no walk-up availability, though the guidebook I have says that there is usually walk-up availability.

For some reason I've only ever eaten at Leaky Cauldron (3 times) and not 3 broomsticks!

Food at LC is fairly decent though and really enjoyed the couple of meals we had this last trip (I had bangers and mash and fish and chips, both times with frozen butterbeer).

They were really pushing the mobile order option hard though. It seemed to work quite well though, we ordered while we were at the table and they brought the food over to us when it was ready.
