At this point I find the pockets and space for writing in the Passporter very valuable. Ours for our next trip is sitting safely with Annual Passes, Airplane tickets etc waiting for our September trip. With that said I also own a new copy of the Unofficial Guide as well.
The two books I have found to be the most helpful are:
1) The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World (by: B. Sehlinger), and
2) Birnbaum's Walt Disney World, Expert Advice from the Inside Source, the Official Guide
We love Birnbaum's Official. I'm not crazy about the Unofficial Guide -- I think it tends to be too down/pessimistic; it gave a negative review to a ride that wasn't even opened yet!
You left out TourGuideMike.com which, IMHO, is the best guide of all. Of the ones listed, PassPorter is the most helpful for all levels, from beginner to expert.
NONE of the ones you listed. TourGuide Mike beats them all. (www.tourguidemike.com). He gives VIP tours in the parks every day and his advice just flat out works. We never waited more than 10 minutes for any ride even during high season! I was sceptical when I first signed up, but we had SUCH a better vacation due to his advice. Tons of great info, printable planners, etc. Plus it's updated every day, unlike any printed guide.
