What do you think your "wow" gift will be? Is Santa bringing anytihng you think will particularly delight your child, in some special way?

For DD18, Sephora is the best store on earth. When we go to NYC, it's our first stop, to stock up on makeup that she uses all year long. I got a catalog from them the other day, and they have a Sephora version of Monopoly!!! My DDs always get a board game for Christmas, so I orded this for her. I think she will be tickled to death!!!! I remember one of the properties is called "Lipstick Lane." This will be so much fun for us to play over Christmas.

Anything under your tree like that???

DS (3) is getting a Thomas Train Table and things to go with it. I think he's going to go nuts. It's all he's talked about for the last year. He wants one SO much, and I keep telling him that Santa "might" bring him one - if he's good. ;)

My DS11 has been pestering for an MP3 player....he'll be VERY happy to unwrap it on Christmas day! And my DS7 will be "ga ga" over EVERYTHING Santa brings...he's just that kind of kid! LOL :goodvibes

I think the Mickey Mouse luggage with the planning DVD and Disney Dollars inside will get the biggest reaction. My 10 year old will figure out that it's our way of telling them we're going to WDW next year:).

I just "ordered" a phone call from Mickey on Christmas day, announcing our 2007 vacation. That is going to get the biggest reaction in the short term. Over the long term, I think it will be using his Nintendo ds lite.

I'm really having a hard time this year because my kids either don't know what they want or don't want anything big. I want them all to have that "wow" gift. My oldest has two things on his list...a Romo jersey and $100 g.c to Coconuts. My second son just asked for a bunch of little things like movies, PS2 controller, book, etc... I had my third son go through catalogs and he circled everything :teeth: There isn't one thing that he really wants. My fourth son is too young to ask for anything. We leave for WDW on 12/12 so I have to be done with all my shopping by then.

Can't pick just one. These were all on their lists.

Disney Fairy doll for my DD6

Dora cash register and American girl doll and furniture for DD5

My favorite will be to see their faces when they open the High School Musical concert tickets.

I can't say. DD is a DISer and can't keep a secret to save her life. ;)

The Americana pin set I picked up at WDW in August and the personalized pin bag should make DS7 very happy. He's absolutely hysterical about being a "collector" and know he'll probably have the entire bag filled by the time we come home from our Christmas WDW trip.

they are going to a concert at five wow. i di not even know kids that young liked it.i do think they will be a little scared at how loud it is.

DD is getting a lights and sounds Ariel doll that she's been telling me for weeks that santa is bringing her. She's also getting a train table and set from DFIL that she'll go crazy over. DS is too young to understand what's going on--saves me from going nuts trying to find the perfect gift!

DS3 flipped out in Sams Club- they have agiant Pirate potatohead set- it has 2 potatoheads and two baby potatoheads inside, and lots of assorted pieces. He keeps telling everyone for Christmas he wants a "Pirate Tatohead". I can't wait to see his face when he gets it.
dd4 will be happy with everything- there's no "one thing" for her.

We are all about the 12 Dancing Princesses in our house right now and both girls have asked for Princess Genevieve that spins and "dances". I know it probably isn't that great of a toy (meaning it looks better on TV than in "real" life .... kind of like the pound puppy last year  ). Anyways, oldest dd (5yrs) picked Genevieve, so of course this is what youngest dd (3yrs) wants too. I think they will be excited about them as it is all they have talked about!!

Kerri :sunny:

me :earsgirl: dh :earsboy: dd(5) princess: dd(3) princess:

My DS3 has been telling everyone that Santa is bringing him a "real baby white dog" since he saw the Christmas trees start coming out in the stores back in September. He went to go see Santa at the mall and got up onto Santa's lap and said told Santa he only wants a "real baby white dog" and grumpy old Santa said no. He only brings toys. DS3 is devistated and cried so hard we had to leave the mall. I cant wait to see his face when there is a "baby white dog" under the tree on Christmas morning.

DS4 is really into playmobil and imaginex toys. I cant wait till he opens all of his castles and dinosaurs.

Well my kids know about the HSM concert. WOuld have been a great surprise. So I am going to have to go with the gymnastics mats. DD6 is learning how to tumble for cheerleading.

Well DS3 everything, actually I think he will really like his POTC mega blocks Black Pearl.

For my 6 year old triplets who are in Kindergarten:

DS#1: Space shuttle model with booster/accessories and a scooter
DD: American Girl doll (Emily from the new movie) and Barbie 12 Dancing Princesses doll and DVD
DS#2: Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa (he says the entire phrase each time :goodvibes !) and the MK train station for his monorail set

We have tickets to take DD5 to see Princess Wishes on Ice on Dec. 16. We're not telling her until we get to Greenville, SC, what we're doing! She's getting a My Twinn doll and all she talks about is that, but I think the ice show will be the biggest surprise!

My DS is two and has a list he keeps reciting:
"Me ask Santa for scissors, marshmellows and choklat milk". :rotfl:

I'm not exactly sure how Santa is going to find chocolate milk that can spend the night in the stocking, but I'm sure he'll manage somehow!
When asked why he wants scissors the answer, of course, is "me cut things". :goodvibes

I wish it stayed that easy...
My DD5 is into Barbie in the 12 dancing princesses and Cinderella, but what she really wants is last year's Barbie Pegaus horse and the My Little Pony called Rainbow Dash. Last year, this would have been easy but now both of course have become collectable and sparse!!! Did somebody say Ebay?! :teeth:

She'll be thrilled though, my Mom got her a pair of bright pink Crocs... she's ready for our trip in February!!! :goodvibes

I love 2 year olds' lists. My son at 2 told everyone he wanted "Mittens with fingers" aka gloves! Gotta love a 99 cent "big present" you can buy at CVS.

We really like the Horizon Kids chocolate milk juice packs -- they're organic and shelf stabile ("ultra pasteurized and vacuum packed") They'd do fine in a stocking and they're the right shape and size to slip right in.

Now, does anyone know where I can get a longsleeved bright orange tie dye shirt in boy's size 8 or 10? It can also be a combination of colors as long as orange is featured.
