Which Excursions For First Timers?

Hi, We will be on the Magic May 22,2004.It will be just DH and myself and i was wondering which excursions you would suggest for the 2 of us(Western)?This is our first 7 night and our first Disney cruise.

Key West - walk on Duval Street and check out the sites.

Grand Cayman - Do some type of snorkeling excursion, or Stingray City

Cozumel - shopping is better here than the other ports, at least in my opinion.

Castaway Cay - enjoy Serentiy Beach

I found a great excursion for cozumel. The Jungle ATV and Kayak tour. My kids are just a little to young for it right now.
