DH and I are planning all our TS meals at lunch. We've decided on Plaza Restaurant and LTT on our 2 MK days, Prime Time and Sci Fi on our MGM days, and Tusker House at AK.

Which 2 out of these 4 Epcot restaurants would you pick for lunch: Chefs de France, Rose and Crown, Nine Dragons, or Le Cellier?

We'll be at Epcot 2 days. We plan on eating at F&W booths during the evening. I've already checked out the menus on allears, but can't make up my mine. Any suggestions? Thanks!! :earsboy: :earsgirl:

Hi there!
I'm right across the bridge from the Shipyard in Portsmouth, so I had to say hello! Unfortunately, I can't help much with your choices, I've only been to Le Cellier and wasn't fond...We LOVE Marrakesh, Biergarten and even San Angel Inn (even though I've seen mixed reviews here)...You'll love the F&W booths though, my DH and I did while on our honeymoon last year!

I also noticed that you've been to the WWoS to play ball...My DH and I played ball in tourneys there in 2003 and 2004 (both mens and coed). You were so local I had to post, and give a shout-out to the Shipyard - SOS! :goodvibes

We'll be in Epcot two nights of our trip. It was really hard deciding where to eat. I have heard really good reviews about LeCellier (sp?) at Canada and Chef de France in France so that is where we will be eating dinner. We will only be there for lunch on one of the days and since my DH and I really also want to try Nine Dragons in China, that is where we will eat lunch. Hmmm...in your case, since you won't be eating sit down dinners, I would pick either Canada or France. Check out the menus of all the restaurants you are thinking about and pick the one that sounds most appealing to you!

I love all of your choices except Nine Dragons -- it's really no different than your average American Chinese restaurant with heavy, oversauced dishes.

I probably wouldn't do Le Cellier for lunch, just because I find it to be a little more substantial than the other two. I can't pass on the cheese soup and I can't pass on the mushroom fillet, so that's a LOT of lunch.

If forced to choose between your remaining two, I think I'd go Rose & Crown. But I'm a sucker for a good pub atmosphere.

Really, I don't think you can go wrong between Le Cellier, Rose & Crown, and Chefs.

Happy Eating!

I would choose Le Cellier. Love the breadsticks; my 2 DDs love the cheddar cheese soup and my DW and I like the beef barley. We've always had wonderful meals here with great service.
