Which DVC resorts is Disney selling now?

I'm assuming you can't buy the older resorts through Disney now or can you? Where can I view the price per point for DVC that Disney is selling now. I'm looking at the DVC page right now and can't seem to find pricing. Is it only available by phone? Thanks in advance.

based on availability, actually you can buy BCV or OKW or whatever directly if you prefer. it may cost a little more than resale, and you won't usually get any incentives for older resorts, but you'll get your points more quickly.

this site is typically pretty up-to-date with their pricing.

i should add that all* the older resorts still expire in 2042 even if you purchase directly from DVC.

*(except for OKW, which now expires in 2057 for direct purchasers, as well as for some resales).
