Thanks for all the responses. I knew it was already hard even as an owner but didn't fully appreciate the extra hurdle of inventory points from the broker's end.
I let the broker know we're willing to split the stay at BWV but guess that won't help if there's no inventory of points there.

Is there anything we can do to increase our chances? I'm trying to optimize the 11 month window advantage that opens for us at the end of this week. Could including a split stay option at Beach Club help? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated
