Which Hotel is it where the monorail picks you up and takes you to the park?

it's closest to the grand californian/ disneyland hotel but it's not in a hotel or anything

None, really. Certainly not like at WDW where the Contemp, Poly, and GF have a monorail connected to their lobbies. But its a quick stroll from the DLH and the other hotels. its in Downtown Disney.

Oh cool. And by staying at the hotel can you get into the park an hour early? Wed be going on Dec 1st and 2nd.

You can get in an hour early only on Early Morning days.

hmmm getting into park early?? I thought it was if you stay a min of 3 days? But I could be totally wrong.

If you stay at one of the Disney hotels you can use EE each day it is offered regardless of what type of enterance ticket you hold. You show them your charge slip to your room.
