Not sure what your budget actually is -- rooms in the category your talking vary greatly from Wilderness Lodge (the cheapest and also my favorite of the Deluxe resorts) to Grand Floridian. I always make this recommendation though -- check out the DVC rent/trade board and post what you're looking for if you're interested in going this route. The DVC one-bedrooms are the perfect room for a honeymoon, with a hot tub, king bed, kitchen and small sitting room. And they're available at some of the best Deluxe resorts -- Wilderness Lodge, Beach Club & Boardwalk.
You can find out how many points you'd need by checking here:

To help you understand the point structure, Fridays and Saturday "cost" more points than Sunday-Thursday nights. Old Key West costs the least amount of points, followed by Boardwalk, then Wilderness Lodge and Beach Club. I think a Boardwalk standard view would be the best bang for your buck.
I ran a 7-night stay in a Boardwalk Villas standard view one-bedroom for the week of October 2-9. That's 174 points. You can usually get points for $10 or $11 per point. That's $1,740 to $1,914. A Boardwalk Inn standard view room -- that's a basic room, no kitchen, no sitting room, NO HOT TUB! -- for the same dates is $2,294.67. And such is the value of renting DVC points.
If you have questions, post and I'll try to remember to check back.
HAPPY PLANNING! Creating the perfect wedding / honeymoon is the most fun I ever had planning a Disney vacation (can you tell by the length of my response)! If I had the points myself to rent to you, I would, but I'm a DVC member who always seems to be short on points!
