I have seen this on YouTube. But I’ve seen this on YouTube since The Force Awakens was released.

Is it official? Is Kathleen Kennedy out at Lucasfilm? Or is it just the 53rd rumor about her leaving I’ve read since 2016?

Kathleen Kennedy is stepping back to get back into film production. She will still be producer on the in-process Star Wars projects, but can pursue other projects too. Dave Filoni and Lynwyn Brennan have been named co-presidents, with Dave being the Chief Creative Officer and Lynwyn handling more of the business/production side of things. This has been officially announced, though exact timing wasn't mentioned. I think it's pretty much right-away-ish though. Kathleen is an absolute rock-star film producer, so I'm sure she'll be happy to be getting more hands-on and churn out a few more great films in her career.
