Which Days What Park

We are leaving the 21st to go to Disney. We are staying a week at a house. Just for this trip we only bought 3 day tickets. I figure 1 day at Epcot and 2 days at MK. Out of Sunday - Friday, which days would you do what park for the least crowds. Of course this depends on weather, but ideally what days would be best. Thanks for your help.

You can use http://www.touringplans.com/BestDays.htm as a guide. This is not to say that I wouldn't go against what the plan says (if it doesn't fit my schedule), but I think it helps with "starting somewhere".
