Which days of Mem. Day w/end best for US/IOA?

Of these 3, which day would be best for LOWEST CROWD on Memorial Day w/end? (I wish I could post this as a poll!)

Saturday
Sunday
Monday

(...and, which would be the absolute worst choice...)

I found our best day last year was sunday. We got there early and stayed til about mid-day then went back to the royal pacific for pool time.
The worst day i found was monday. It seemed very crowded.

Holiday weekends are always busy no matter what. Stay on site to make it easier!

We'll be staying at WDW. My DS (8) and I are doing a semi-solo Mom & son trip. DH is going to fly in and join us for the weekend (Sat/Sun/Mon), while DS & I will stay a few additional days. When DH is there with us, DS REALLY, REALLY, REALLY wants a day at US-IOA, so we don't have many options.
