Which Days do you recommend?

Hi, we are going in late August and have 3 day PHP passes. Will be arriving Wednesday and leaving on a Monday. How would you recommend we plan out park visits?

In the past we have had great luck this time of year at MK on Fridays. My DD (7) wants a water park with the "plus"....and we definitely want to do Epcot (have not been there since 1982).
