We went Wednesday. We were walking towards WWOHP by 10:00, and told it was at capacity. We got a "reservation" ticket to come back between 12:20 and 1:20. We managed to get in right at 12:30 and it was shoulder to shoulder. There was a 30 minute wait for Dragon Challenge, but everything else was much longer. We had 120 minute wait for Forbidden Journey, but it was well worth the wait! Because we were doing Child Swap, we got to bypass the "locker room," so that cut down on a little wait time. I love how the whole family (children included) gets to go through the queue together. Of our 6 adults, 5 rode the first time while one watched the kids, then 4 rode the second time when we swapped. We had dinner at the Three Broomsticks, and after about 6:00pm the crowd thinned considerably (so you weren't quite walking on people's toes anymore). We did the Hogwarts tour (without the ride), had a 30 minute wait for Flight of the Hippogriff, then waited in a short line (about 10 minutes) for Honeydukes. We started to wait in line for the other main shop (forget the name, but it's connected to Ollivander's), but after about 15 minutes of not moving an inch we gave up. We came back at about 10 minutes to park closing and there was no line at all! Right at park closing we walked on Forbidden Journey one last time with no wait at all. It was fantastic, and we'll definitely be going back!
