which cricut cartridge do you use most

which cricut cartridge do you use most? have you done anything really different with them? I am getting the machine and an extra cartridge this weekend and just wondering what cartridge you seem to use the most

I use Jasmine the most. Last night I tried some of the shapes that have the alphabet punched out in it and it looked cool.

I, of course, have the George cartridge that comes with the Cricut, and Christmas Cheer.

I think I am going to buy Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More this weekend, but also have my eye on Animal Kingdom. I like the shape cartridges more. I have a Sizzlets with two sets of alphabets. Yes, those are time consuming but if I get a cricut font cartridge, I am afraid I'll never use those Sizzlets letters again.

The three fonts from Cricut that I liked from the pics on their site were, Jasmine, Base camp, and opposites attract. I might just see you at ACMoore!

If I were to get a cricut font cartridge, I most likely would get Opposites Attract. It seems you could do a lot with the fonts. Oh great, now you've got me thinking I want that too.

I like Tear Drop. I use that cartridge a lot. I also want to buy another one but the decisions are soooo hard! This is a great thread to help me make a decision!

Tomorrow(Sat) only the cricut will be 159 and the cartridges will be 57. It's not guaranteed that it's every store so you may want to call first.

I have George, Base Camp, Zoo Balloo, Animal Kingdom (yes, I am a fan of animals!! ), Christmas Cheer, Celebrations, and Doodlecharms. For letters, I LOVE the Base Camp. I just like the shaping and everything about the letters! Animal Kingdom is a favorite of mine, too (it could be because that is my favorite park!). The other good thing about that one is that it cuts the "sound words" out for that animal (that's one of the features), so I like that one. Zoo Balloo is cute in the way that the animals "fit" to the letters--and I like the font.

I use Base Camp the most....I would love to have Doodletype though. I think I would use it the most, but I'm too cheap to shell out any more $$. (I have Jasmine, Doodlecharms, Animal Kingdom, the Christmas one(can't remember the name), teardrop (I really like this one too!), mini monograms & all mixed up.

Do you guys find the images are a little cartoonish though? This is my main reason for holding off buying them.

I can see where you would think that, but I think some cartridges seem less cartoony that another. For example, one cartridge has regular shaped hearts yet another has a more cartoony shape heart.

I agree with Lisa. As for the animals shapes, the zoo balloo animals are more cartoony than the Animal Kingdom ones. I think it just depends on the cartridge.

There are so many cool features on it. I can't wait to play.

Ooh! I love this one--especially the giraffe. I don't know why it's my favorite, but it is!
