Which characters are the most elusive?

Grrr, Brer Rabbit - for some reason, the other two are easy to find, but Brer Rabbit seems to always be in hiding!

Also, the full-sized tink and Roger Rabbit!

They exist - but finding them will be more than just a chore!

I don't remember seeing Maid Marian...But maybe I did when I was younger. I always see robin, little john, the sheriff, and prince john

Brer appears by the bathrooms behind the entrance to the train and splash mountain. The only thing back there is the bathrooms, so nobody hardly goes.

Daisy Duck has been hard for us to find lately.

Didn't see her once during our last 2 trips...and these were both 8 day trips.

The CMs didn't know what happened to her either when we asked.

There is a listing at intercot.com of all the characters and where they can be found it is under the info central home listing on the left hand side of the home page once there scroll down to where it says characters on the left hand side click on that and you will find an alphabetized list that is great to print to take to the park. From this list I've never seen Thumper. Last trip we actually saw Christy Carlson Romano (voice of Kim Possible) in Fantasyland going about relatively unoticed. We have not see KP herself and dd LOVES her so she's on our "hit list" for the next trip.

Hopefully this link will work if not follow the above steps... :confused3

Kim Possible was all over MGM at the end of January....quite frankly I had no clue who it was. Luckily DH and DD knew.

a couple of weeks ago mickey, minnie, goofy, and donald were all standing together in front of the hat at MGM doing a big group shot with people. I'd never seen that before.

Last trip we saw Daisy every day on Main Street after ropedrop.

Now THAT'S special. I hope you got great pics!

Has anyone ever seen the Cheshire Cat? My DD6 does a hilarious impression of him. :rotfl:

I was very disapointed in our last trip to MGM. MGM was the best place to see characters in the morning. On our previous trips we saw Meg, Hercules, Phil, Jafar, Genie, Cruella, Mary Poppins, Penquins from Mary Poppins, Clopin, Shang and characters from Atlantis. This trip all we saw were the usual Mickey. Minnie etc. and Lilo and Stitch.

We saw Pocahontas in Toon Town back by the railroad.

Has anyone ever seen Rabbit(Winnie the Pooh) in WDW? We've seen Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger and Piglet but never Rabbit. The Intercot site says Rabbit appears at the The Crystal Palace, we've never seen him.

I actually saw him for the first time on my last trip at 1900 Park Fare. I was so surprised since he's not a regular.

I had the same experience about MGM. There used to be a great rotation of characters that met either by the entrance or the Big Hat - not the Mickey/Pooh/Stitch group, but really good ones like the ones you mentioned. But I have not seen this group in my three recent trips. Seems they did away with it, for why, I don't know. I think there could be sporatic good characters by the Hat, but it seems the full group is not meeting at this time (unless something just changed). On my last trip, I spent two hours at MGM, that's all, since there's no surprise characters to look for. There are no good random characters there right now, from what I could tell. :(

We actually met Rabbit from Pooh multiple times! :) (We been very lucky!) We seen him in the back of the Toy Shoppe at England a couple of times. We seen him recently (three weeks ago) at the ToonTown Train Station/Teardrop area, as we saw him there almost every day! If you look at Rabbit carefully, sometimes he has a tuff of hair (like in Meeko's photo above) , and sometimes he doesn't!! :teeth: I heard he could be in the Pooh Room at ToonTown Hall of Fame/County Bounty building, but that is extremely sportatic.

Hope you find him one of these days! :)

Hopefully this trip my dh will get to meet Donald.. pixiedust: The last two trips we'd never saw him anywhere. :(

Last May, we were at rope drop at Toon Town. While we waited, Pinocchio was there to entertain the children.

At the time Toon Town opened, Donald Duck (& some other characters) came out to escort the children. My DS was standing in the front, so Donald Duck took him by the hand & escorted him all the way through Mickey Mouse's hat & into the Judges' Tent. :goodvibes

Donald Duck is also the host of the Donald's Breakfastasauras character meal at AK.

We saw Pocahontas & Meeko just outside of Adventureland in MK on our very last day last year just as we were getting ready to leave. :goodvibes Since Pocahontas is one of our DD's favorite characters, it made our last time in MK even more special.

Both times we rode the train at MK, we saw Brer Rabbit standing in the back of Frontierland.

Saw rabbit around toontown last October. Has anyone ever seen any of the dalmatians??? Someone reported seeing 2 on a disney cruise a few years ago but we've never seen any... (and of course there my dd's favorite).

I met Jiminy once.

I agree with the last post about Scrooge. I have always wanted to meet him! Also, I wish you could meet Bear from "Bear in the Big Blue House." He's in Stars and Motor Cars, but he does not pose for pictures (I would understand no autographs because of the cumbersome costumes).

We saw Rabbit in Epcot in January at the World Showcase in between Italy and America. He appeared with a whole bunch of other characters but he was the only Pooh character. Also appearing were Capt. Hook, Mr. Smee, Mr. Penguin from Mary Poppins, and Suzy and Perla, along with Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale. It was fun to see some of the less often seen characters that day!

We have seen Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts, and Alice in front of the tea cups. We also saw "Green Army Man" from Toy Story at MGM. I would love to see Peter Pan, Belle in her yellow dress, and more of the princes!! princess:

We found Peter and Wendy one day outside of POTC - I really would like to meet Jiminy Cricket as well. I keep looking every trip, but still haven't seen him yet.

we saw wendy & Peter Pan, escorting a group ( big family) inside of mickeys philharmagic(sp) . they were doing some sort of games with them. I've been curious what type of 'tour' etc gets this treatment?

We saw ra ra in tunetown in that little walkway that goes virtually nowhere between the tent and the train track.
