Which character meal do you suggest?

I'm thinking of changing one of my ADR's to a character meal. There will be 4 of us including myself, my DH, DS11 and DD9. I thought that the kids may be a little old for a character meal - thought they were geared towards the younger crowd. If not, which one would you suggest? Are there any character meals that do a dinner or are they all just breakfast? I don't want my kids to think that it's lame and they're too cool for this but at the same time I really want this to be a magical experience for them as this is our first visit to WDW ever! Can't wait.

Chef Mickeys
Akershas (sp) in Epcot but this is a princess meal,
Liberty tree tavern in Magic Kingdom
Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom has pooh and friends
The castle has fairy godmother and the mice at their meal
all do character dinners.

I'd suggest Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace. My people (me, dh, dd9, dd15) loved Crystal Palace...we went for dinner and the food was plentiful and good. We are trying Garden Grill next trip in Epcot....which also gets pretty good reviews here.

Ohana is one of our favorite breakfasts...Stitch and Mickey are there...it is a good time and the food is great.

We loved Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace - if your kids don't want to do photo ops, they don't have to - sometimes it's just fun to watch. I thought the food at both was great. Trying out LTT and Garden Grill this year.
