The one I would most definitely recommend is the CRT breakfast. It was one of our FAV breakfast while @ Disney. Just the whole atmosphere from the time you walk in, is just PURE MAGIC. The 1900 Park Fare we did for dinner on our arrival night and it was WONDERFUL too and it was great seeing Cinderella with Prince Charming, but you just can't beat eating in the castle and being surrounded by all the other princesses. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! It is family style brought to your table. You have juice, coffee, tea, eggs, crispy bacon, sausage links, potatoes, fruit, pastries, delicious puffed french toast stuffed with cream cheese and blueberries with sauce over it. Just YUMMMMMMMMMMMMY!!! You walk in and the minute you do, you are immersed into a fantasy princess world. You get your picture with Cinderella downstairs and then you walk up the winding staircase to the main part and are seated. They introduce the princesses every so often as people are coming and going and then they make the rounds to your tables to sign autographs and for pictures. They deliver you picture that you had taken with Cinderella during your meal. They are very nice pictures. GREAT KEEPSAKE. They give every child a wishing star and they have a wishing ceremony where the kids close their eyes and wave their wands or swords which are given too and make their wish. It is really "SPECIAL" The stained glass windows and again the whole ambience makes it my 1st CHOICE for breakfast and the fact that the princess interaction and the food is great is another bonus. The 1900 Park Fare is WONDERFUL too and will remain a tradition for our family on our arrival night but it doesn't have the same ambience as the castle does and it is for dinner, not breakast
