Which Annual Pass for room discounts?

I was just looking at the Universal website and the 2 Park Preferred Annual Pass doesn't mention room discounts as one of the perks, only the Premier Annual Pass seems to cover that, though I've used the premier pass in the past for room discounts, thought not for a couple of years, have things now changed?

I read on these boards that you can use either AP for the room discount. If you have dates in mind, book right away. I found dates yesterday, but today they are gone.

Thanks for your reply. I'm getting even more confused now, as all I can find on the universal website are annual passes for Florida Residents???? I'm from the UK but have bought Universal AP before, but like I say last time must have been about 3 years ago. Am I looking in the wrong place on the website? Thanks

Yeah its confusing, but if you look at the pull down menu for the Florida pass link - off to the right hand side you will see another link to the Non-Florida AP link - see below

Whoops!!! Please ignore my posts, lol, have just found the non-florida residents passes link, AND the list of benefits does include hotel discounts. I will leave quietly now.....
