"BOTH" ain't an option. :thumbsup2

Would you choose sparklies (jewelry) or a day at a spa? Both are equally priced.

Spa... I don't wear a lot of jewelry myself. Those that I do wear, I am picky on (small frame) so my DH has never picked something for me w/o my input. I'd rather the spa and be all relaxed and happy :)

Are you posting this so you can send the results to my husband?!?!?! ;)

Our anniversary is just a few days away!

Tell him I want the spa! :teeth:

I like sparkly things too...but right now, I NEED the spa!

Spa, I don't wear the sparkely things I have all that often so I definitely don't need more.

It depends on what the sparklies are. If it is a carat or 2 diamond earrings then yes. If it is something that is so flashy that it couldn't be worn except on certain occassions then no.

I voted for sparklies!!!! :wizard:

I voted for the spa. I wouldn't want a full day though. My dh got me a package last Valentine's Day. I finally got around to making an appointment. It's just not the kind of thing I do. I'm just doing a massage (next Monday!) and I'll probably spend the rest of it having another massage sometime. I hold tension in my shoulders and the massage should feel great. I really couldn't see getting a scalp treatment or a full body salt scrub.

I don't wear jewelry.

I vote for the jewels. I would save the spa treatment and give that for Christmas, Mother's Day or a birthday. An anniversary gift is so much more meaningful to me because it's about our wonderful marriage and what we've built together. When I look at the jewelry my DH has given me over the years on our various anniversaries, my heart just melts as I remember which anniversary it represents and where he gave it to me. Remember it's supposed to commemorate the relationship between the two of you, not just her (like a birthday would do). Unless you were planning on a "couples" spa treatment. Also, if you do go with the sparklies, be sure to take her to a romantic restaurant when you give it to her.

I voted for the pretty sparkly jewelry. Now don't get me wrong the Spa is nice but it's over in one day. Jewelry lasts forever. Now you can give her the jewelry then later that night give her a nice massage and she gets both.

How about you BUY sparklies for her...
Then pamper her all day yourself...
:thumbsup2

sparklies!

A nice spa package is great, but when they're done with you, all you have are the memories! :rotfl:
