Which airport??

Hi there:
Probably a ridiculous question but... which airport would I fly into to go to Vero Beach?? Looking into a cruise next year and would like to do a few days at the parks before and then go to Vero after the Cruise. My gut instinct says Orlando which would mean figuring out car rental once we got off the cruise.

Orlando, Melbourne or West Palm are probably the 3 closest to Vero Beach.

I always use Melbourne when I go to Vero, but I have not done Vero in combination with a cruise (or even WDW). Melbourne is a very small, easy in and out, easy car rental situation. It is 45 minutes north of Vero Beach.
