Which airlines give you vouchers if you make a ressie online and the ticket price reduces? Will they refund or give vouchers only if you reserve online directly through their website or will they also refund or voucher if you purchased a ticket for their airline on a site like Travelocity? ANd- how exactly do you go about getting that price cahange done? THANKS!

Most all of them give vouchers. It depends on the fare as to if they will give a voucher or not. IE: Delta will give a voucher IF the fare is not an internet only fare.
To get a voucher, you call the airline and it has to be the exact flight on the exact dates and the exact code.
Nothing issued through Expedia, Travelocity, etc will give you a voucher.
SWA does not give vouchers, they let you cancel the original flight and rebook with full credit being given for the cancelled reservation. If there is anything left over, it is held as a credit for you for one year from the original reservation.
The best bet, check all the airlines' websites and see what their rules are. These rules can be checked under "customer care" or something similar on these websites.

Continental would not give us a voucher when our internet fare went down $10.00. They said because it was the least expensive fare code , and I would have had to pay the $100 change fee. My trip was 1/28 to 2/2/03 Newark to Orlando.
