HI all,
I was just wondering what airlines you are all flying from Buffalo to Orlando?
Also, do you book the air part on the internet - what sites ?
Thanks

We always fly Southwest out of Buffalo and book directly through their website. For our upcoming trip in October, we were debating if we should take Airtran out of Buffalo (Airtran's direct flight is cheaper than Southwest's), but have chosen to stick with Southwest due to the fact that Airtran seems like they will be filing Chapter 11 anyday now.

Southwest, Air Tran, Jet Blue are the most economical.

This is our 1st trip and we booked via SWA. The on-line rates are supposedly the better rate.

I booked Jet Blue from BUF to MCO. I like that you can pre select your seat for free. There is no rush to check in for that coveted A or B boarding pass (or whatever it is). I like their airplanes. We are flying a smaller plane (Embraerer), but that's OK...we sit 2+2 and there are personal entertainment systems. I think we got a good fare, $250 pp all in round trip. I like our flight times (mid afternoon) and it is also, most importantly, direct. I booked directly on their website.

I have flown US Air once out of Buffalo it was ok but didn't know about SWA at the time now the last 3 trips to WDW we fly SWA price is good and flight times rock....early morning departure and late evening return gives more time with the mouse.... paid 498.00 for wife and I on our upcoming Sept. trip

I have always flown Southwest and never had a problem. However this year I found Jetblue cheaper 168.00 roundtrip so I went with them.

I love southwest. Direct flights, staff is really friendly, always leave on time, and seem to arrive a little early. No complaints so far.

i am looking at tryig JETBLUE as there prices seem less then SW this time. Plus i think you can pre select your seats so you don't have to worry about the 24 hrs that you do with SW. I do have credits to use with SW so i will probably book them going down, and use JETBLUE coming back. I think JETBLUE is participating airline, so i can do check in from the hotel.

We always have booked with Southwest.

shoppgirl I thought BUF to MCO is always a stopover at JFK and not a direct flight???:)

Hmmm......I'll have to check it out as our flights from BUF to MCO for Nov with SW are pretty high.......thanks!:)

Like Southwest because its direct, flew Air tran last time, had to stop in Atlanta for what was supposed to be 40 minutes or something like that, 5 hours later we left. Coming home had the same problem, stopped in Atlanta, 5 hours later we left but the difference was at some point during those 5 hours they lost us, the three of us and one other disappeared on the manifest. Now I am not saying that happens all the time, just when you fly direct you dont have to worry about something like that happening.
