Whic is closer to EPCOT - Swan or Dolphin

My wife will be 6 months pregnant for our trip in July. Needless to say, I'd like to avoid as much walking as possible. Assuming we don't take the boat, is the Swan or the Dolphin closer to EPCOT?

I think they are pretty much the same distance -- one is closer to the boardwalk side if taking the walkway and one is closer to the yacht & Beach Club side.

From the rear entrance of each the Swan is a little closer, the Dolphin has that weird zig-zag around the "reflecting pool" part of the lake. But both are very close. You can also take the boat.

I stayed at the Dolphin. You obviously won't be taking the walkway to Epcot if you don't want to walk. You will be taking the little boat - which is GREAT and just SO convenient. The boat dock is basically in the middle of a long walkway which connects Swan and Dolphin....so you just need to decide which hotel you like better to decide. I personally think it is very little contest. DOLPHIN wins hands down in my book. The Dolphin is much more grand - huge lobby, etc. They have those escalators instead of stairs which will please you - and the elevators are REALLY fast there.

For a really nice touch - get the balcony room at the DOlPHIN. IT was just so peaceful and the sunlight and breeze was just wonderful.

NOTE: one final unsolicited note....go eat at Boma's at Animal Kingdom Lodge.......you have to take the bus to Animal kingdom and if you have any other kids - be sure to drop them off at Simba's Clubhouse - and relax.

The Swan is slightly closer to the access bridge that you walk over to head towards the Boardwalk and then Epcot.
