We have never tried lunch at Le Cellier but love dinner there. We have had lunch at both Teppanyaki (sit down) and Yakitori House (counter service) in Japan and enjoyed both but would give the nod of course to Teppanyaki since it is a sit down and a more elaborate meal. I like the taco salads and a margarita
at the Cantina (counter service) in Mexico. We have done lunch inside at the San Angel Inn also and although the atmosphere is lovely we weren't impressed with the food. Chefs de France is nice for lunch. The only place I can't recommend is Alfredo's in Italy, although to be fair we have only had dinner there (twice) but it was a waste of our time and money.
