1) If "pressed" properly, Pressed Pots do make excellent coffee.
2) However, we have yet to see a WDW eatery use the Pressed Pot methodology correctly.
3) So, we avoid the pots and just go with the "regular" coffee at the TS eateries.

NOTE:
When you go for "strong" or "stronger" coffee, use more grounds, not more time.
Brew time or pot-sitting time adds coarseness and bitterness, not strength.
This is why we don't do Pressed Pot coffee at WDW.
