Where's Roger Rabbit?

I read today in the unoffical guide that Roger Rabbit sometimes appears in the Tent in the Toontown section of MK(under Mickey's pals). I haven't seen him since I was my 1989 trip..anyone seen him recently???

Last time I saw Roger Rabbit was back in 1996 at the Disney Studios. Near to the Sound Stage part i think

Was on one of these special stages they have for meet n greet, photographs etc. I have some great pictures of him cuddling the girls.

You could try looking at a character map, that are on some unofficial WDW sites.

There used to be links to a character maps / spreadsheets on these boards but i havnt seen any for a while though!

I was under the impression he can only be found in Disneyland now.

I didn't know he had gone to DisneyLand now.

All i know is the last time i definately saw him was at MGM in 08/96.

Roger stopped making appearences at WDW in about the last year or so. In the last couple of years, Disney's reationship with Spielberg (who co-produced the film through his Amblin Studos) has not been going too well, especially since Katenberg and Spielberg joined Dreamworks. Because Roger is partly owned by Spielberg, he has say in how the character is used, and from what I've heard, now he does not want Roger to be in the parks. This is they same reason they also took Roger out of SpectroMagic at MK when it came back.

I was at Disneyland the end of August last year and Roger Rabbit was in the afternoon parade. Not sure if he still is now or not.

However, I've heard that Roger Rabbit can still appear at special events in the U.S. parks.

Roger still appears in the "Parade of the Stars" at Disneyland.

Roger still comes out for regular meets in the Tokyo and Paris Disney parks.
