Before we check in at the BWV, we'd like to stop at Downtown Disney to buy our (special DVC discount!) Annual Passes. I think you can do that at Guest Relations.

Where is that???

And can you NOT do this at the Disney Store at MCO??

I believe it's in the corner near Wolfgang Puck's express. I'm sure there are signs - and in a worse case, you can always do what no man whats to do....ask for directions!

There is also one on the marketplace side of DTD. It is in the building just to the right (from the main walkway in DTD) of Once Upon a Toy but is around back. If you walk to the right of Once Upon a Toy and bear to the right you'll run into it.

Yes, but you can also buy the discounted AP in the same locations. Whether you pre-purchase the voucher or not, you still need to stand in the same Guest Relations line at a theme park or DTD.

Unless you want to buy the DDE there are very few good reasons to pre-purchase.

Can I purchase and activate at DTD? In other words, if I arrive to SSR in the evening and head to DTD for dinner can I activate my AP's at Guest Services there so that we can hit the rides in the morning without delay? Or is this just wishful thinking?

Yes, you can purchase and activate AP's at DTD. That is where we purchased our PAP's in March. If you are receiving the DVC discount for the passes, you will need your blue card and ID.

To the OP: Since you are checking into the BWV, and it is an easy stroll away, you can also get your AP's from the Guest Relations window at the International Gateway at Epcot.

Guest Services in DTD has moved. It is now located between Ghiradelli and I believe the Summer Sands store. If you are walking to Ghiradelli from the Rainforest end, it will be on the left just before Ghiradelli.
