Where would your dream birthday dinner be?

I'm planning my first solo trip (anywhere, not just to Disney:cool1:) to celebrate my 40th birthday. I don't like seafood, but other than that I'm good anywhere. Budget's no issue for this one meal because I'm saving up for it!

It can be anywhere...last trip I couldn't eat anywhere that didn't have chicken nuggets or pizza on the menu, because of my uber-picky son, so I'm really overwhelmed with all the choices out there!

So please give me an idea of where YOU would spend your special birthday dinner alone!

I'm planning my solo 50th bday trip for next year and I have every intention of dining for the first time at Victoria & Albert's. I've done all of the other signatures at Disney but I've been saving V&A's for my bday trip where I intend to splurge!

My other favorites are Flying Fish Cafe, Citrico's and California Grill.

I was actually debating Victoria and Albert's, but I don't even think I own any clothes that would fit in there :lmao:

I'm thinking of Jiko, California Grill, Le Cellier (since I am Canadian, this might be kind of fun!), Raglan Road (for the dancing), or Teppan Edo.pixiedust:

Would you like to try something a little different? I would have my birthday solo dinner at Boma. I love the exotic choices and the atmosphere is also fun. You could have a pre-dinner cocktail at Victoria Falls upstairs first. They serve a great mojito.

I am going solo for the first time in October. I hope you have a great time and Happy Birthday!

Aside from the seafood, I'm also not a fan of veggies, but am willing to try them at least. Love trying new types of meats, sauces, pasta, etc. Love buffets for that reason.

How about California Grill, this is my first solo anywhere too and I took a deep breath and made an ADR there :)

If I could my dream birthday dinner would be at Club 33. Aside from that I guess I would go to California Grill or Bomas.

I'm doing the Chef's Table at Victoria and Alberts for my 30th birthday in January. Booked it 190 days in advance. Hardest reservation in WDW.
