We are going to split a day between Epcot and MGM this coming Sunday. Where should we start?

We love both parks. Cast is dh, ds 12, ds 9 and me. We will be coming from AKL (breakfast at Boma at 7:30, so probably leaving around 9?)

Definitely want to ride/see:

Epcot -
TT - all
MS - ds 12 and dh
SE - all
Figment -all
Cranium Command - def ds9, but maybe could be me and him while others do MS?
as much of WS as we can possibly manage! (I could spend the full day here easily)

MGM -
TOT - I'd like to ride this about 20 times, but know that is not going to happen! all but ds9
RnRC - all but ds9
ST
GMR

We will not worry about eating a sitdown meal, we can stay until closing without worrying about getting seats at either fireworks.

Where should we start?

I would start out at MGM. Being a smaller park, if the waits are not too bad, you can be done with MGM by mid-afternoon. You can get a bus right from MGM to Epcot (I believe) . Do future world first, then head over to World Showcase, and you will be there for Illuminations!

Have a blast!

I would start the day at the Studios. Nothing like going on RnRc and ToT right after a big breakfast. Then you can end the day at Epcot. I believe all of the rides you listed except Cranium Command stay open until the park closes. Then you can end the day with Illuminations.

I would pick EPCOT first. The lines for Test Track get rediculous latter in the day. FastPasses often run out early in the day so you may get a 2 hour or more wait. I would sugest getting a FastPass for Test Track as soon as you get there, ride Mission: SPACE and as many others you can before your fastpass window opens. After Test Track, finish up the rest of the attractions. At MGM, you could easily get there in the afternoon, grab a fastpass for either RRC or ToT and then do the other ride. After that, head on to Star Tours and GMR. Lines are fairly managable here.

Cranium Command is currently seasonal and has not opened all summer to my knowledge.
