Where would you have breakfast??

Spoodles hasn't been mentioned and has a very good breakfast.

Do you want buffet? Table service? In the parks or in a resort (one of the best things about Kona - other than good coffee and Tonga Toast - is checking out the Poly)? Characters (which can be fun even if you don't have kids in tow) or not?

Well we're thinking more towards the resorts for breakfast. Even though I'm sure we'll have a day left of our 10day ticket. Characters or not it doesn't matter. It'll be our last morning :guilty: Buffet or table service, either is fine! So it's just to relax and enjoy the morning before we leave.
Thanks SO much for the comments so far guys!! :disrocks:

You should go to Chef Mickeys for your last day. It is such a fun place for breakfast and it will be a great send off. Where are you staying while at Disney ?

We have really enjoyed Cape May buffet at the Beach Club for our departure breakfast.

We'll be at Pop for the first 4 days but moving to CSR for 6 days after that! :)

If you decide on Kona Cafe and are on the dining plan, use your credits elsewhere and pay cash for this meal. They didn't allow us anything but an entree and drink. We had saved this for our last morning also so we had no choice but to go ahead and use the dining plan. It definitely was not worth the TS credits.

Carol, I was wondering about that. We have already got an ADR for Kona and are now considering doing the dining plan. Though obviously a great choice, after looking on the menu, it doesn't look the best use of TS credits.

We LOVED Crystal Palace. The puffed french toast and cheesy potatoes were yummy. The banana stuffed french toast at Boatwrights was TO DIE FOR!!

I would choose Boma, Spoodles, the GF Cafe, or the Kona cafe depending on where you are staying, what time your flight is, and your food/budget preferences.

All four are great, and you can't go wrong.

Boma is a buffet with a set price. It's not inexpensive, but it's phenomenal in terms of quality. It's a very exotic setting, and you'll wnat to have time before or after to look at the animals on teh savannah and peruse the gift shop.

Spoodles also has good food and a fun atmosphere. If you plan on going to a park afterwards, it's conveneint to Epcot and MGM.

THe GF Cafe is a casually elegant atmosphere, pefect for a liesurely breafast. The food has always been good although we've had some hot and miss service there over the years.

The Kona Cafe is home to Tonga Toast. It can be a bit crowded and noisy, service is generally good and the food in generaly is tasty.

I recently went to WDW for a day with a friend who has never been before and might never get there again. I had to choose a place for breakfast for us, and chose Boma, as it is so unique.

Hope this helps.
