Most children are well-behaved...its just that we don't notice them. Its the screamers that get our attention.
No WDW restaurant should be considered off-limits to a child who is well-behaved.
dennis99ss is right about not testing children while at WDW, though. If they haven't already proven they can be well-behaved at dinner, nice resturants are not the place to expect it to happen. That doesn't mean the child has to be silent and still the whole time, but in control enough that they aren't going to disturb other guests.
If your child hasn't already shown they can handle quieter dinners, then the lists provided by ducklite and others are places you might want to avoid.
