I don’t mind tea, but it seems to stain my teeth a lot more than coffee. Noticeably so. I could cut this with a bit of milk I bet, but that doesn’t sound as tasty as a cup of good black coffee. Besides, coffee brewed with filters is good for you!
Here is the proper colour of tea approved by all of northern England 👍

Pour over w/ good coffee can be an art form. I was shocked at how many video there on your tube about it. Im still in the learning curve and haven't nailed it down just yet.
It really is and it's also a science. You can get down to very specifics to make a good cup of coffee or an espresso.

Prior to pour over I was doing french press. Read about how filtering helps with cholesterol, so decide to throw filtered in the mix . I feel so old talking about my cholesterol 👵
LOL! but hey it's good to start looking out for these things while we are still in good shape!
If you ever want to go back to french press again, try Espro as they are double filter and the coffee comes out less sludgey. Coffee definitely tastes cleaner. I was using Bodum for years and can't believe I missed out on better quality coffee for so long. I will never use Bodum again.

Try Steven Smith tea. It costs more…. but the flavors are incredible.
I like Smith tea too and I have some at home. I also like Rishi, both cost a little more but you can tell it's not standard tea. But the best tea I've had, of course it was in London during afternoon tea. Their tea is on a different level! We don't drink tea in the morning though, I can't, I need the caffeine to hit me first!😂 but will drink tea in the afternoon or evening.

Feeling lonely over here as a water drinker... pretty much all I drink except for the occasional juice if we're out to brunch...
Not as longly any more. Confession here, I make coffee but I don't drink coffee. Well, I don't dare say I make "coffee" any longer. Maybe it can only be considered as coffee-flavored drink? 🤣

I used to work with baristas that didn't drink coffee, at all. I don't think I could do that, whatever I'm making I always want to taste them. Not just for my own curiosity, but so I can also make recommendations to customers.

I don't like much in the way of real coffee. At BRV, I would just get the stuff from Roaring Fork. I'd get half caffeine and half decaf. Then I'd take it back to my room and load it up with Coffeemate from my grocery order and some sugar. Essentially eliminating most of the coffee flavor. Some mornings I just had tea.

At VGC, I didn't have anything in the morning. But on the way back to our room for an afternoon break, I'd get a Frappucino from Starbucks....which is barely considered a coffee drink. 😁
