There is a MacDonalds which we can get breakfast at or check out the coffee shops or cafe's there !! I just want some ideas for when we are out on the Strip !! Already know about the monorail and the bus "DEUCE" So welcome any ideas you have !!!!

That must have been an interesting encounter.
I don't know exactly howe many feet fell, but it was horrendous, tree branches and trees down everywhere , we lost power at my part time job house, thank goodness we have a back up generator so most of the lights wer on, but no microwave and no a/c However compared to the house I used to manage that was NOTHING!!! They had 3 feet of water in the house and the fire department evacuated 4 of them by boat , 2 brave souls walked/waded thru waist deep water I told the Manager she had trumped my Bed Bug Nightmare !!
I was able to pull in a gas station parking lot and wait. Other went through and some got stuck.
I w fine but Judy's basement had at least a foot of water and her hot water heater wont stay lit . Caused some plumbing problems too!!!My house is about 2 feet higher than my neighbors and she had 2 foot of water in her basement . Tree branches are still all over , some blocking roads , it was really bad !!Rosie, so glad you made it through the crazy weather. Hope you were able to deal with the heat wave too.
WE had a strong storm come through this evening while I was on the way to run an in-service training. Road basically got flooded out and everyone on the road just had to wait until all the water found another place to go. Water was up to some car hoods.
Today was beautiful , much coolelr and dry !!!!

Judging by that picture .... There are no pants..
They are a wonderful couple !!! This is their second trip with us and they are already planning one for next year !! Patty also came to Albany with me last year!!!We are getting quite the following of guys who want to go with us !!!
