I know some of them are really sad looking !!!But most of them are super nice especially to our folks and that's what counts!!As for the singing some are really good and others not so much !!

That view from Prospect Mountain is simply fantastic!!!

Every time I read one of your travel updates and look at the food choices of everyone, I can almost see the arteries hardening with each successive picture!

Some cool cars in the parade!

I've never eaten at an A&W restaurant. Had plenty of chances but never opted for that choice. I guess the fact I am not a root beer fan has something to do with it!!!

Yes the view from Prospect Mountain is wonderful !! I also am not a Root Beer fan !! But the A & W is right next door to the Forum and so it is a easy choice for lunch, and it has become our tradition to watch the Parade from there too !! I will hopefully get THOSE pix up today after my Dexa Scan this afternoon !!

I was reading back through some of your posts. Did you ever get your ADRs finalized for your October trip? The last post I saw you were going to talk with Patty(?) about your changes but I haven't seen if that ever got settled...........

Knowing about your Dementia, and all the trips you went on right after, I just wanted to make sure you didn't forget. I would hate for you to arrive in October and your poor tour group have to starve themselves........

I am pretty sure Mary the TA has everything booked !! I have to find my list which is buried somewhere in my piles of recent trip papers!!!I just finished 6 Memory books Carol will be mailing out 4 and hand delivering 2 !!I still have 3 more to go but I was on a deadline , ya know Carol is my BOSS and she wants them by Thursday Not only do I get work deadlines now she's giving me P &P deadlines I went in at 4 a.m today ( my monthly overnight check )Then I got stuck there till 4 p , so much for getting out early, but things kept coming up and I finally just said to heck with it and left !! Needless to say I am p***ped !!

What amazes me is the young Elvis's , I mean they could not possibly have been born during the Elvis era !! One young boy was 6 years old He was amazing , he had the MOVES down !!! I spoke with his Mom who said she was the Elvis fan and he just become fascinated with it and wanted to be an impersonator !! He was soooooo darn cute that he always got standing ovations !!!

I know a lot of the items are NOT German but they do have a lot of german menu items !! I have had them before and they were very good !! I love the german potato pancakes which I am sure you will say are NOT German Also their German potato salad is excellent !! Anyway the food was delish !!!!

Actually Rosie, there ARE German potato pancakes (no batter in them though) and they can be delicious! I was just wondering as the items you had don't look so German.
