I second the February 2014 thought - there is a very special cruise leaving on February 16

I will do a mini Day by Day PTR for the cruise then , not having pix to post of the cruise will make it short, but I will do my best !!

Sunday May 5th we will all meet at Buffalo Airport at the early hour of 4:30a.m. Then we will be off to Orlando where we should meet up with 2 other Groups. Transportation is arranged and I am sure I will have full details tomorrow.
Once we get on board I am sure the guys will be hungry so Karin what do you reccommend for something that first day. ??

Before we know it we will see this



Then we will go to our cabins and freshen up for supper . I wonder what our Rotation will be ???
After a wonderful, if long day I hope we have time to enjoy

The Meeting went well !!2 of the groups are leaving together from Buffalo and the other 2 escorts went last year so will be a huge help to us.They have to meet a couple of guys flying in from Albany but then I think all 30 of us catch a bus to Port Canaveral. It isn't thru Disney , but apparently P &P has dealt with them for years and they take good care of us .We don't put our Cruise labels on at Buffalo we do that when we get our luggage at MCO , then it goes on the bus and next time we see it , it will be outside our Staterooms .I have a feeling that check in could take a while as we have 10 people to handle and get money on cards for etc .
Now Karin I have a few ????'s :-
1. When and where do you book your tours on board , I know you did it before, but they have us do it on board or at the Port?
2. What time do they serve breakfast in Royal Palace ?
3. What is the name of the Store with the changing color Tees ??

I am sure I will have more but this is a start!!!

Rosie, for booking your tours you have to go to the Guest service/excursion desk - I think they do excursions on deck 5, but PLEASE check your Navigator when you get on board. Since we have never booked that way, I have not really paid attention to it, so this is just a GUESS!!!!
Breakfast at Royal Palace should be served between 8 and 9.30, again, if I am not mistaken - again, please check your Navigator.
The shop that sells the colour changing T-shirts is called DelSol. You will get a shopping guide on board and it is marked in there.

Thanks Karin !!! I talked to Chris another escort with another group that is going the same time !!She has done it before and will be flying with us sooo I am really happy as we will be able to use her knowledge for the getting the bus and thru check in!!She also had been looking at tours and came to the same decision Astaria Gardens , when I told her it also included a narrated tour of the City she decided she was doing that Tour and not going on her own So looks like there will be 20 of us going !!!If no room I think we may just get a cab on our own or do the Glass bottom boat ... NOT the submarine !!! She also had heard of those Tee Shirts !!
