Where to watch Electric Water Pageant at CR?

Can you see the Electric Water Pageant from the 4th floor observation deck? If not, where does one go to see this? Can you catch the fireworks and the EWP at the same time?

I believe the EWP passes the CR about 10 pm - it has been a while so maybe I"m wrong about that time, but we would always run out to the end of the pier to watch it. My kids loved viewing it from out there.

If you watch from the pier wear shoes. Last year when we watched from end of pier I saw several Waterbugs (Roaches) running around.

Yes I was the stupid woman who screamed and ran from the pier.
