Where to use Vouchers near BWV?

Sorry--I posted this in the voucher thread but got no replies, perhaps will see the post here:

One quick question--we are staying at BWV in January. The closest place to use the Q & C vouchers would be B & C @ the BC right?

I'm trying to figure out how many to get--me, DH & 7 yo DS , we'll be there for 12 days, so I am thinking of 15 since we plan on splitting many meals. How do you all figure out how many to buy?

Hi! There are tons of counter service places in Epcot, but, yes, B&C and Hurricane Hanna's Grille look like the closest resort places.

I, personally, don't have a specific way to know how many to order. Last time I bought them I remember that I ran out, but I had given some to my sister. This time I got 40 Q&C for 4 adults and two hearty eating children for 5 nights.
