Where to see Maximus (From Tangled)?

Got our room at AoA Little Mermaid room in December. DD (will be 2 years when we go) loves Maximus. Does anyone know where he is in the park? Obviously I don't expect there to be a character representation of him in life form, but is his figure/picture anywhere in the parks so we know to keep an eye out?

He appears on one of a total 70 possible cards in the new Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom game at MK. Other than that and maybe the rare tee shirt, I can't think of anywhere. I've seen Pascal plush, but not Maximus.

We traded a CM for a Maximus pin a few trips ago (it's part of a Rapunzel/ Tangled set). And we were lucky enough to see Maximus when they were taping the Christmas parade in 2010 but alas that's about it. Not much Maximus out there. However since they're moving Rapunzel's meet / greet area there's always hope they'll incorporate him somehow....

I'm afraid Maximus is not anywhere -- in poster, figurine or real-life form -- at the parks. No cut-outs or anything like that where you can take a photo. That said ... keep an eye out at AoA, since it's possible that all of the characters will be represented in some way, it being an animation resort and all. No word on who will be where, however.

Have you thought about maybe taking your DD to the Ft. Wilderness Ranch to visit the horses there? It won't be Maximus, but you could take her photo with a bunch of his buddies!

Thanks all for the replies. Sad to see he's not well represented at the parks. He's probably one of my favorites as well. No telling how many times I've seen the movie now... it's what the little one watches to calm her down when teething or sick.


Definitely like the idea of taking her to see the real ones. I wasn't aware of the Wilderness Ranch. Sounds awesome!

Maximus was out for M&G at the Princess Royal Family 5k in February and appears in one of the Disney on Ice shows(Dare to Dream I think)

Well, our Saratoga Springs rooms are getting a soft goods refurbishment right now, and Maximus will be on some of the throw pillows and possibly artwork in our DVC villas.

Saw some photos on the Disney blog the other day, and there is a thread in our DVC Resort forum. Although this isn't at one of the parks, perhaps you could stay at Saratoga sometime and see Maximus there?

You beat me, I was going to say the same thing ....his picture (a sketch) is on the wall in the lobby of SSR too, along with other famous Disney horses.
