Where to rent stroller from ?

We have rented strollers before at WDW,but this time we are thinking of renting one from somewhere else. Since there's several places that do that and will bring them to our resort, I'd like to know which ones are the best to use? I think I even saw someplace where you could get a small cooler thing with stroller (wouldn't have to have one,but might be nice to use). It will be for a 3year old that is the size of a 2 year old.Tell me about any of the places that you have used (good and bad),so I know of what ones to stay away from.Thanks
