Where to redeem an annual pass voucher?

Hi,

I have a quick question. I purchased an Annual Pass Voucher (with a DVC discount). I am packing it and I see that it says to redeem it at a ticket window at one of the theme parks. I was planning to go to guest services at Downtown Disney. Does anyone know if I can do that?

Any Guest Relations can do pretty much anything with tickets.

That is what I thought but the letter says any theme park ticket window. I will try Downtown Disney and see what happens.

We had DVC vouchers and turned them in at guest relations.

I did ours at DTD in Dec - no problem
