Where to Purchase Rain Ponchos at this Time of the Year?

I just want to be prepared for our trip (leaving Thurs) and was wondering where (in GTA-live in Whitby) would you purchase ponchos? I normally have bought them from Dollarama or Walmart but will they have them at this time of the year?

Did you try Zellers or Walmart in the outdoor/camping section? OR Canadian Tire?

I just saw some great ponchos at CAA store yesterday.

We just buy them at WDW. They are pretty thick, and last several trips. If they rip, WDW replaces them free.

Too bad the BCAA stores got rid of their merchandise they used to have some good stuff.

I got some at the Great Canadian $ Store and they still had some just the other day.

I have to agree with Sue M: just get them when you get to Disney World. Their ponchos are thicker and last longer than the cheapos that you get at Walmart. Plus you save a bit of room in your suitcases.

We have always used the disney ponchos, and the last set have lasted through 3 trips (on the first trip we had to wear them almost every day for a week!!). Now that's what I call value for money.

I saw them at Dollarama the other day I keep looking because I year ago I found one for kids with pooh bear on it I am in GTA hopefully they have them out there if not ask they may have some in the back

I bought some at the Dollarama this week. They were in the same isle with gloves, socks, etc.

We bought rain coats That fold up into little pouches. They are made by Columbia, they were about $30 to $40....but pretty much last forever.

If you live near Toronto, I would try Bass Pro Shop or the new Sail stores.

I buy them at Walmart and they are 99 cents ish. We treat them as disposable because we really only do a few water rides (we go off season so being wet is not 'refreshing' - more like freezing!) They are usually on the same display as the umbrellas which is near the purses, backpacks and wallets. HTH

Oh no!! You can just take them into any gift shop to exchange. I didn't know either till I read it on the boards! It's not something they advertise. Same goes with pretty much all their merchandise. My lanyard toggle broke, so we took it in to a gift shop and they replaced it.
