Where to Pick Up Credentials for Hallowishes Dessert Party?

Question for those who attended the Hallowishes Dessert Party last year:

If you were already inside the park during the day, did you have to go outside to Guest Services after 4 pm to pick up your credentials for the dessert party and then get in line to re-enter? Or is there someplace inside the park to pick them up? Any other tips to make the dessert party go smoothly would also be appreciated.

EDIT: My answer below is for picking up the MNSSHP wristbands, and not the
special "credentials" for the dessert party.
(Sorry, I just didn't pick up the distinction in the question.)

If you are ADVANCE-booked for the Wishes Dessert Party, isn't that info in your MDE file, and therefore available via a scan of your MagicBand or RFID party ticket?

Answer to where to pick up your MVMCP wristbands inside MK:

There are two inside-MK kiosks.

One near Pirates in Adventureland.
One in Tomorrowland.

Just ask a CM.

Sorry for confusion in my thread title. I guess it's really called the Hallowishes Premium Dessert Package -- not a party. Which makes sense, since they have to differentiate between the dessert package and the Halloween party itself. I'm asking about the Premium Dessert Package credentials, because I've had trouble finding anything much about the logistics concerning that. Still not totally sure I'm gonna do it anyway, since it's expensive and reviews seem mixed, but we're going on Sept 2, which is the first party night and supposed to be crowded, so...trying to figure it all out.
